    International Users


    Please note that we may transfer, store and process your personal information outside the country you live in, including the United States. Your personal information is also processed by third party service providers and partners in these countries.


    If we transfer your personal information out of Europe, we will rely on recognized transfer mechanisms like the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or any equivalent contracts issued by the relevant competent authority of the UK, as relevant, unless the data transfer is to a country that has been determined to provide an adequate level of protection.

  • Assumption of Risk:
    I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. I acknowledge that participating in physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, strain, discomfort, and the possibility of serious injury or death. I assume all risks and responsibility for any injuries or other medical incidents.

    Waiver and Release:
    I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue the Provider, its employees, representatives, affiliates, or agents from any claims, demands, liabilities, rights, damages, expenses, and causes of action of any nature arising from my participation in this class, whether caused by the negligence of the Provider or otherwise.

    Medical Representation:
    I represent that I am physically fit to participate in physical exercise. I have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation. If I have any medical conditions or concerns, I have consulted with a healthcare provider and obtained clearance to participate. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, my signature verifies that I have my physician's approval to participate. 

    Rules and Regulations:
    I agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and policies of the Provider, following safety guidelines, and respecting other participants and the teacher.

    Acknowledgment:
    I have read this Waiver and Release Agreement, understand its contents, and agree to be bound by its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights by signing this document.

  • While the Program will be giving mindset advice, the client understands that Kate Pabari from A Space Within is not a therapist or doctor.

    Services may include shifting mindsets, giving support in multiple areas of life, holding space, setting priorities, establishing goals, identifying resources, brainstorming, creating action plans, strategizing, asking clarifying questions, and providing models, examples, and in-the-moment training. A Space Within promises that all information provided by Client will be kept strictly confidential, as permissible by law.

    If the Client is under the care of a healthcare professional or currently uses prescription medications, the Client should discuss any dietary changes or potential dietary supplements use with his or her doctor, and should not discontinue any prescription medications without first consulting his or her doctor. Client understands that the information in this Program is NOT medical or nursing advice and is not meant to take the place of seeing licensed health professionals.


  • Bookings Terms and Conditions

    YOGA CLASSES AND MEDITATION WORKSHOPS

    Cancellations – You MUST give more than 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a class. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the class time you will be refunded. If you cancel after this time there will not be a refund. 

    ONLINE MEDITATION COURSES  

    Once the 4 week course has begun a refund cannot be issued. However if you are unable to attend live a recording will be provided for you to catch up. You will have access to all 4 recordings for one month after the course ends. 



  • PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY 

    While the Program will be giving mindset advice, the client understands that Kate Pabari from A Space Within is not a therapist or doctor. The Client understands that the role of the Coach is not to prescribe or assess micro- and macronutrient levels; provide health care, medical or nutrition therapy services; or to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, condition or other physical or mental ailment of the human body. 

    The Coach is a mentor and guide who has been trained in wellness coaching and meditation to help clients reach their own goals by helping clients devise and implement positive, sustainable lifestyle changes. Services may include shifting mindsets, giving support in multiple areas of life, holding space, setting priorities, establishing goals, identifying resources, brainstorming, creating action plans, strategizing, asking clarifying questions, and providing models, examples, and in-the-moment training

    The Client understands that the Coach is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, licensed dietician- nutritionist, psychologist or other licensed or registered professional, and that any advice given by the Coach is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals. 

    If the Client is under the care of a healthcare professional or currently uses prescription medications, the Client should discuss any dietary changes or potential dietary supplements use with his or her doctor, and should not discontinue any prescription medications without first consulting his or her doctor. 

    The Client has chosen to work with the Coach and understands that the information received should not be seen as medical or nursing advice and is not meant to take the place of seeing licensed health professionals. 

    The Client acknowledges that the Client takes full responsibility for the Client’s life and wellbeing, as well as the lives and wellbeing of the Client’s family and children (where applicable), and all decisions made during and after these sessions. 


    The Client releases the Coach from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which the Client ever had, now has or will have in the future against the Coach, arising from the Client’s past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, the session/s. 

    CONFIDENTIALITY 


     A Space Within promises that all information provided by Client will be kept strictly confidential, as permissible by law.
